so the other day
my sister made me the proudest big brother ever
we were sitting in the car waiting for people to show up to park
and i have the radio on
and she says
"i wanna see whats on the radio, k jake?"
and i was like
"sure"
so she goes flipping through all the channels
clicking past todays modern pop and rap
i look at her and she has a kind of defeated face on.
then she goes to the last channel and leaves it on
by this time i had looked away
pretty soon,
i hear guitar blasting through the speakers
she put on some friggin Boston
and i look at her and she is mouthing all the words
i stopped her and said
"lex, how do you know this?"
and she looks back at me and simply says
"i love Boston jake. they are on of the coolest bands ever"
and for the rest of the day
i had a big smile on my face
my sister is the coolest
maybe there is hope for the music business and todays youths music
